Funky Speckled Eye Makeup

I wanted to do something a little more creative with this look. It's a winged out teal smokey eye, with a twist! I hope you like it! Below is a video on how I created it, with a full product list and pictures :-)

The Finished Look

So this is definitely one for those who want to stand out with their makeup. Or you can totally take bits and pieces of it and make it work for you. The shadow itself is a simple winged out smokey eye that can be suited to anyone.
