Violet Spotlight/Halo Eyes

I wanted to create a slightly grunge/gothy look and I think I achieved that in this look. Below is a tutorial for the eye makeup, as well as a full product and brush list, including all products used in the full face look. I think the cool toned lip adds to the effect of the grunge look.
