Easy 60s Style Makeup Tutorial

I put on a Bardot style dress today and ended up styling it with thick statement hoops and my high ponytail, which were giving me serious 60s vibes so I took inspiration from that and created this 60s/mod/twiggy style makeup. It was super easy but super effective!
