Blue Glitter Liner & Cool-Toned Lip (Full face tutorial)

I have another full face tutorial for you today! I decided to work with some blue tones on the eye with a pop of glitter. The brows are sculpted, the face is contoured, and the lip is a cool-tone ombre. I really liked how this turned out so I hope you do too!
